Improved billing & payments experience online

When managing your billing account and paying online for device subscriptions, you now have a number of options to help make the processes even easier. These options provide you the flexibility to pay individual invoices how and when you want.

Ways to Pay

  • Set it and forget it - enroll a credit card or ACH account in autopay to automatically collect balances as they become due
  • Pay as you go - make one-time payments when you choose using credit card or ACH payment methods stored conveniently in your digital wallet
  • Guest checkout - make a single payment using a credit card one-time without storing the payment method in your digital wallet for future use

In addition to autopay management online, you can now pay one-time or make a payment in advance of the due date. 

You will also notice some enhancements to align with leading edge financial services companies including prompting you when you have an expired card in your digital wallet, when you have a payment in process of being collected, or when you have a payment past due in a sooner timeframe. If your bank is a preferred partner, we will automatically update your card expiration date to keep the hassle off of you during checkout.

Additional features coming soon to further enhance this experience including the ability to provide a secondary contact for billing-related communications only and the ability to opt-in to paperless billing.

If you prefer a tactile payments experience, you can always mail in check payments to our lockbox office at AgSense LLC, PO Box 850242, Minneapolis, MN 55485 to be applied to your account. Please allow 7-10 business days to reflect online.
