Widespread System Outages - RESOLVED

Services to Valley software platforms have now been fully restored and customers should again be able to access AgSense and Valley 365 systems.

As a reminder, commands and alert notifications would not have happened during the outage period and in the time following the outage, may have been slow or unsuccessful at processing. It's recommended to monitor operations closely over the next 24 hours to ensure proper function.

Vendor communications have updated that the issues causing impacts are being resolved with utmost priority. We are seeing services begin to be restored and access to Valley software platforms is improving. Customers may continue to experience some latency in data and commands as systems come back online and try to catch up. While no long term impacts are expected, please contact support with any further questions or concerns.

Valley systems are currently impacted by widespread server outages affecting many companies across the United States. While these impacts are unfortunately out of our control, we are working closely with the vendor to resolve the issue. In the meantime, customers may experience issues accessing software platforms including AgSense and Valley 365.
