Main Menu
The menu and main navigation throughout Valley 365 web and mobile applications has been much improved. You will now find all the links and pages of Valley 365 from a single menu. Access the menu from mobile via the hamburger icon or from the sidebar on the web platform. For more details, visit the article here.
Alerts
A new alert type is now available in Valley 365 to notify you when a device indicates pressure and is dry and stopped. Configure the threshold and delay time to your preference for each CommanderVP or ICON Link device type.
Programs
For devices that have step programs, you will now be able to see the widget on the Valley 365 mobile app. When you need to view or edit program detail you can click through to the web browser where you can perform these actions from your mobile device.
PivoTrac
When a Valley 365 account has connected their PivoTrac devices to monitor & control, users will now see a PivoTrac logo across the platform.
Billing
In your Valley 365 account profile settings as well as during new account setup, users can now find a field for Tax ID that will capture exemption details for billing.
Language
Brazilian Portuguese translations have been updated across Valley 365 for accounts using this language setting.
