What's New in AgSense 365 - February 2026Check out the latest updates to AgSense 365 including some exciting new features
With your annual password reset process, you will now be prompted to confirm your account details. Validating the information we have on file for address, phone number, and email will ensure that we continue to be able to communicate with you about your AgSense 365 services. Open Device Location in Maps (Mobile Only) You can now easily navigate to the physical location of your devices in your preferred Maps application on your mobile device. This feature can be especially helpful for dealer service and maintenance by providing quick directions to the device location. To use this feature, from the Device Detail View, click the three dots menu, then tap “Open Location in Maps” to open the latitude and longitude of the device (as configured in AgSense 365) in your preferred Maps application. This feature currently supports Apple Maps, Google Maps, and Waze, or you can use “Open in Browser” to open Google Maps in your mobile device’s browser.
You will now notice an improved user experience when viewing Summary Reports in AgSense 365. We have implemented changes to modernize our report layouts and maximize the available space on the screen. Similar improvements will be made to device reports over the coming months.
If you have an AgSense AquaTrac connected to Watermark sensors AND you have selected an Analog Soil Type in configuration, you will now be able to view UNL water depletion information on AgSense 365. This valuable data was previously available on the legacy WagNet platform and is now accessible through the AgSense 365 detail device view on the web.
Multiple Threshold Alerts for Crop Link & Aqua Trac Tanks We have implemented an additional set of threshold alerts for Crop Link and Aqua Trac devices that are configured for tanks. In the past, you could set one Minimum and one Maximum threshold in Alerts. We now allow up to four thresholds (Min 1, Max 1, Min 2, and Max 2) to provide you with additional alert options.
As a reminder, Min alerts are triggered when the tank level falls below the configured threshold, and Max alerts are triggered when the tank level rises above the threshold. PivoTrac Features AgSense 365 users with PivoTrac devices can now leverage Daily Status Updates (aka Hi Reports) and Status Change Alerts. Replicated from the PivoTrac platform, the Daily Status Updates feature allows you to set the 1 or 2 times a day that you would like a status summary report delivered to your preferred destination. The Status Change Alerts is a valuable feature brought over from the Pivotrac platform that provides users with the ability to receive an SMS summary of device changes. Convenient configuration options allow you to set your preference of what to include in the statuses that trigger the notification, as well as which devices you want to receive them for (all or only the ones that change).
To use these features, navigate to the Alert Settings and configure them to your preferences including the time of day you would like to receive them. With any other requests, feedback or questions, please contact support online or via phone at 1-888-223-0595. |
