What's New in AgSense 365 - August 2026

Check out the latest updates to AgSense 365 including some exciting new features

Compact Grid View (Mobile) Compact Grid View is a new device list layout that helps you monitor more devices at once by displaying them in a high-density grid. Instead of the full device card, each device is shown with only the most important information, including the device name, status, and your primary status favorite, making it easier to quickly scan large operations and identify issues. Faults and warnings remain clearly visible, and tapping any device will still take you directly to its detail page. To change to Compact Grid View, tap the new icon at the top of the page on your mobile device. This option is only available on the mobile app.
Gen. 2 Guidance - Faults and Fault Reasons Corner machines with Gen. 2 Guidance will now display a new "Gen 2 Guidance" fault as well as a Fault Reason, making it easier to troubleshoot faults originating from the corner arm. You will see these reasons displayed on device detail view and in a new column on the Activity tab.  Please note, your ICON Link must be on firmware version 92 or higher to view the new fault and associated fault reasons for Gen 2 Guidance.

Scheduled Reports Enhancements

In June, we released the ability to edit scheduled reports. We have released some additional enhancements to the creation and edit workflows as well as the Scheduled Reports tab.  

Users now have the option of giving each scheduled report a custom name, you can see additional information about each report on the Scheduled Reports tab, and multi-device reports are consolidated back into a single entry for easier management. 

Notes Experience

The Notes widget in AgSense 365 can be used to track key changes or events related to your device. We have enhanced this widget to create a more modern user experience for creating and managing notes for all devices. Additionally, ICON Link, Commander VP, and PivoTrac devices will now display the pivot runtime as a part of each note - making it easier to keep track of important maintenance events like inspections, oil changes, and parts replacements.
