End of year reminders for your account and an enhanced billing experience coming soon
As the current year comes to an end, we wanted to thank you again for your business. As stated in our previous letter, we are are grateful to partner with you and appreciate your loyalty.
While you are winding down from this past season and the holidays fast approach, we wanted to take a moment to send a few reminders.
Update Your Account Information & Devices
First, it’s a good idea to keep your account profile information current. Ensure that your address, email, and phone number are up to date so that we can continue to provide you prompt service, billing information, and important details.
Also, please take a moment to review the devices that you have connected to your AgSense or Valley 365 account(s). Since we invoice based on device activity, you’ll receive an invoice for any devices receiving readings and/or commands. If there are any that you are not using or need to be removed from your account, please contact your dealer or our support team at 1-888-223-0595, Option 1 for assistance.
Enhanced Billing Experience
In addition to a refined brand strategy on our products and communications you are now seeing, exciting new features are also coming soon. Some of these include options that we hope will enhance your billing experience and make it easier than ever to make payments for your subscription invoices. This season, you will be able to:
- Easily make one-time payments or enroll in effortless automatic payments using the payment method of your choice: ACH or Credit Card.
- Mail in a check payment using a provided pre-addressed envelope.
- Note: any mailed checks will need to include your invoice or username on the check memo and can be mailed to AgSense LLC at PO Box 850242 Minneapolis, MN 5548.
If you would like to take advantage of autopay, you can enroll any time by accessing your Valley 365/AgSense account at www.valley365.com and navigating to the Billing menu option. Log in with your AgSense/Valley username and password. You can view past billing history, current balances and invoices, as well as manage your payment settings. But don’t worry, no matter how you choose to pay, you will still receive a copy of your invoice in advance via mail and e-mail!
With Autopay:
- You’ll receive an invoice before any payment is processed.
- You can use ACH bank transfer and never worry about an expiration date.
- You can update account information and view invoices at any time.
