Subscription Self-ManagementConvenient, new billing features in AgSense 365Within the ‘Billing’ tab in AgSense 365, you can now access the ‘Subscription Management’ page. It displays all the devices your account owns with billing related details. Plus, it now gives you the ability to self-manage your subscriptions!
Performing a cancel action will indicate to the system that the device is no longer in use and will be permanently removed from your account. Any other user accounts with shared privileges will no longer have access to the device. Once cancelled, the device will no longer generate subscription charges to the account in future billing terms. If the device has already been invoiced for the prior or current billing terms and cancellation is desired, please contact our Billing Support team for assistance with any necessary adjustments. Service management features for devices with long-term licenses will be coming soon. You can keep the device hardware, or have it removed by your dealer, but don’t forget – any hardware has trade-in value towards the latest and greatest AgSense products! As a reminder, you will receive an invoice for any billable devices owned by your account. It’s important to keep accounts current to ensure accurate billing.
