Whether you are setting a password for the first time or need to reset it at another time, these easy to follow steps ensure you will keep your account secure.
New Accounts A new account may be created by you, your dealer, a support team member or even by another user. Whenever a new account is created, the account owner is required to set their own secure password. This is done by receiving a secure link via email and completing the process to provide the preferred password that meets the required structure. The username and password combination will then be used to login and access the account online and in the app.
Forgot Password In the event that you have forgotten your password, you can easily set a new one for your account by following the steps below.
If a username match is found, you will receive a secure link to validate your identity and complete the process to set a new password. If we have both an e-mail address and mobile phone number on file in your account, you may have the option to choose your preferred delivery method in which to receive the link. The link will be valid for 30 minutes. If the link has expired, you can repeat the previous steps to receive a new link. Once you receive the link, select it from the body of the message and complete the steps to provide the new password for your account. You will be required to enter your password twice to confirm valid entry and choose one that meets the required structure. If you have forgotten the username for your account, please contact support for assistance.
Password Management You can manage your password at any time from within the app and online in the web portal by navigating to your account.
Once saved, the new password has been set for your account.
