New Password Requirements

Update your password to the latest standards

In our continuous effort to protect personal data and maintain the highest level of security, we have identified the need for users to update their passwords. This measure is a proactive step to ensure accounts remain as secure as possible. We are adopting cybersecurity best practices like regular password updates to decrease the risk of unauthorized access and potential misuse of personal information.

Starting now, the next time that you log in to AgSense or Valley 365, you will be required to update your password if it is currently set to original default password or does not meet the new standards. It is required that complex passwords containing more than 8 alphanumeric and special characters are used. A prompt as shown below will guide you through the required steps.

In the event that you share your account with other users, you will need to share the new password with them and they will need to reset their stored password in each device “remember me” setting upon login. Accounts have 6 attempts to login with the correct password before the account is locked and you will be required to contact support to unlock.

Going forward, all users will be required to reset their passwords annually to ensure security and will be prompted to do so in AgSense or Valley 365. In addition, the technical support team can no longer change passwords for users when contacted. You can reset your password from the login page or from within your account profile of AgSense of Valley 365 as needed or when forgotten.

We understand that this may cause a slight inconvenience, but security is our top priority. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Should you require any assistance or have any questions, please contact support at 1-888-223-0595, Option 1.
