How Parameters Sync Between an ICON Panel and Valley 365
Key parameters (also known as constants) between the ICON panel and Valley 365 will now sync to maintain consistency between the two platforms.
The following will sync between ICON panels and Valley 365:
Valley 365 | ICON Panel |
Full Runtime | Revolution per hour at 100% |
Flow Rate (GPM) | Minimum application depth |
If one of these parameters does not match between Valley 365 and the ICON panel, then you will see a Panel Config Mismatch indicator on a device as shown below. This indicates that one of the parameters in the table above is out of sync between Valley 365 and the ICON panel and needs to be resolved.
How to Resolve a Panel Configuration Mismatch
- Select the device with the Panel Config Mismatch message.
- Press the red Configurations link in the message to view your device configuration screen.
- Find the parameter marked with an asterisk and RESOLVE MISMATCH message and select it.
- A new message appears allowing you to enter the correct value. Enter the correct value and press CONFIRM.
- Press Save in the upper right corner of the screen to save the new configuration.
This parameter will now sync between Valley 365 and the ICON panel.
If you have a part circle machine, the panel should be configured with the full runtime (min hours or hrs per rev) considering 360 degrees. The value from your sprinkler chart considers a full circle and should be entered as such.
Use the Field Size degrees to configure as a part circle. The same for all values should be configured in Valley 365 to ensure proper operation.
