From PrecisionKing to Valley 365

Make the move quick and easy with this step-by-step guide to support your transition from PrecisionKing to Valley 365

If you are eligible to make the move from the PrecisionKing platform to Valley 365, you will have started to see a pop-up message, giving you the option to get started on your own. Using these details, you will be able to follow the below steps to complete your transition to Valley 365 and take advantage of all the latest technology and features from Valley.

Accessing Valley 365

The first thing you will need to get started in Valley 365 is an account with a username and password. In most cases, you will already have an account set up for you by your dealer. You will find the username provided to you in the popup as shown above.

If you do not know the password for the account, you can contact your dealer or follow these steps to set a new one:

  1. Access Valley 365 online or from the Valley 365 mobile app (iOS or Android)
  2. Select 'Forgot password' on the login page
  3. Choose to receive a rest link via e-mail or mobile phone message
  4. Select 'Send'

You will receive a link that needs to be used to set a new password that meets standard security requirements.

If you do not recognize the e-mail address or phone numbers provided in the reset password process, contact your dealer to update the account with your current details.

Getting Started

Once you have an account with a username and password, access the login page online or from the Valley 365 mobile app (iOS or Android).

Given that you were using irrigation monitor & control, soil moisture monitoring, or level sensing solutions in the PrecisionKing platform until now, you already have AgSense telemetry hardware that will seamlessly connect to Valley 365. All you need to do is login!

Upon login, you will find these devices ready for use in Valley 365.

Once you find device(s) on your account, you can begin to customize how you would like the devices organized and how you prefer them to display and function throughout the platform. Check out steps to customize here.

If you do not have any devices showing on your Valley 365 account, please contact your dealer to have them added or moved to you.
