Make the move quick and easy with this step-by-step guide to support your transition from PivoTrac to Valley 365

If you are a user with PivoTrac irrigation device hardware, you can now connect your PivoTrac account and select the devices you would like to manage from Valley 365. Monitor and control these devices from the Valley 365 web and mobile apps - just like you would have in the PivoTrac platform.

Accessing Valley 365

The first thing you will need to get started in Valley 365 is an account with a username and password. In some cases, you may already have an account set up and do not need to create another. If you are unsure what the username for your account is, please contact your local dealer or the support team.

If you know the username, but do not know the password for the account, you can contact your dealer/support or follow these steps to set a new one:

  1. Access Valley 365 online or from the Valley 365 mobile app (iOS or Android)
  2. Select 'Forgot password' on the login page
  3. Choose to receive a rest link via e-mail or mobile phone message
  4. Select 'Send'

You will receive a link that needs to be used to set a new password that meets standard security requirements.

If you do not recognize the e-mail address or phone numbers provided in the reset password process, contact your dealer or support to update the account with your current details.

For more details on the process to reset a password for your account, check out tips on Password Management.

Getting Started

Once you have an account with a username and password, access the login page online or from the Valley 365 mobile app (iOS or Android).

Upon login, you will access the Valley 365 platform. If you have any pre-existing AgSense device hardware on your account, then those devices will be displayed. However, if you are visiting for the first time, it is likely that your account will appear blank.

To connect your PivoTrac irrigation devices, complete the following steps from the Valley 365 web platform:

1. Navigate to Module Management from the account dropdown menu.

2. Select the Monitor & Control tab.

3. Select 'Add Devices', then the PivoTrac icon.

4. Enter your PivoTrac username and password in the provided boxes.

5. Select 'Connect'.

All your applicable irrigation devices will be returned from your PivoTrac account. Select the center row checkboxes for the ones you wish to display and manage in Valley 365.

By connecting your PivoTrac account & devices to Valley 365, you can then manage from either platform - it will not restrict you from using the PivoTrac platform.

Once you find device(s) on your account, you can begin to customize how you would like the devices organized and how you prefer them to display and function throughout the platform. Check out steps to customize here.
