Q: What is the coverage period for AgSense Assurance? A: Coverage for a device begins upon enrollment and is on an annual calendar year cycle. The coverage will automatically renew and bill each year until you no longer own the device or cancel service.

Q: How do I pay for AgSense Assurance? A: The subscription for AgSense Assurance will be added to the invoice you receive from AgSense with your monitor & control services. You can conveniently pay online through AgSense 365.

Q: What is the claims process when I have a device issue that is covered under AgSense Assurance? A: Just like during the initial 2-year manufacturer warranty term, you would first contact your local dealer to notify them of the issue. They will assess the problem and identify any parts needed to resolve.
